Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Work with team to complete projects that are part of a client’s campaign. Manage client’s digital platforms and work with creative and web devlopment departments. It’s imperative to be able to multitask.

The essential functions of this client-facing position include the following:

  • Manage Client marketing campaigns and projects
  • Create and manage client social media accounts + content calendar
  • Manage client blog pages with monthly new content on WordPress website platforms
  • Design and optimize client landing pages, Unbounce
  • Oversee client ad campaigns on both Google and Facebook
  • Manage client campaign ad spend budgets
  • Schedule and prep client photo/video production
  • Send client weekly or monthly updates on projects
  • Manage overall project timeline and ensure accuracy of all project deliverable for the client
  • Schedule and manage client meetings
  • Attend weekly staff meetings

Qualifications (All HIGHLY Preferred, but not required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2+ year experience in marketing, advertising, or similar industry
  • Proficient in project management applications such as, Google Drive, and Microsoft suite
  • Skills: Organized, responsible, good time management, self starter, strong communication both verbal and written
  • Social Media knowledge: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat

Salary Depending On Experience: $32,000/year – $42,ooo/year
